What this site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
This site is run by Zaharenia Atzitzikaki, trading as The 10x Manager Academy, based in Greece. I'm the data controller for anything you share here. Questions or requests: hello@the10xmanager.academy.
Contact form. Your name, email and message, so I can reply. The form is processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and forwarded to my inbox. Legal basis: your request, and my legitimate interest in answering it. I keep these messages for as long as we're in touch, and delete them within two years of our last exchange unless we start working together.
Newsletter. Your email address, so I can send you the newsletter. It's stored by beehiiv, which sends the emails and records opens and clicks so I can see what's useful. Legal basis: your consent, which you confirm by email. Every issue has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all emails.
Booking a call. If you book through my calendar link, Google Calendar receives the details you enter, and I use them only to hold the call.
Visitor statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, referring sites and countries so I can see what people read. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify or follow you across sites.
Server logs. Netlify keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser) for security and to keep the site running. I don't use them to identify you.
No advertising, no tracking cookies, and I never sell or share your data. The site saves your light or dark theme choice in your browser; it never leaves your device.
Netlify, beehiiv, Google and Cloudflare are based in the US. They transfer data under the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how I use it. Email me and I'll respond within a month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.
